2. Service Agreements

All roofing work is subject to a separate written agreement or quotation that specifies:

• Total cost and payment terms
• Timeline for completion
• Warranty terms

Work will only commence upon customer approval of the written quotation.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
• Prices are subject to change based on actual work requirements discovered during the job
• Any additional work will be quoted and approved before proceeding
• Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement
• Late payments may incur additional charges

4. Inspections

We offer free on-site inspections for most roofing issues. During inspection:

• Our team will assess your roof's condition
• You will receive a detailed evaluation report
• A written quotation will be provided
• There is no obligation to proceed with repairs

5. Warranty

Our warranty terms:

• Leak repairs: Minimum 30-day warranty
• Waterproofing: Up to 2-year warranty
• Other services: As specified in service agreement

Warranty conditions:

• Warranty covers workmanship defects only
• Damage from external factors (storms, accidents, modifications) is not covered
• Warranty claims must be reported promptly
• We reserve the right to inspect before honoring warranty claims

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about roofing issues
• Provide safe access to the property and roof
• Remove or protect valuables near work areas
• Ensure pets and children are kept away from work areas
• Make timely payments as agreed

7. Limitations of Liability

Roofing Man shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage not visible during inspection
• Damage caused by severe weather events during or after work
• Consequential damages arising from roof problems
• Issues resulting from customer modifications to our work

8. Cancellation Policy

• Appointments can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice
• Cancellation of approved work may incur charges for materials already ordered
• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone work due to weather conditions

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree:

• Not to use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• That content on the website is for general information only
• That we may modify the website at any time without notice

10. Intellectual Property
